After years in global finance, we started this consultancy to work more intentionally and independently. Our skillsets are deeply complementary: Shirley brings a decade of experience in executive communications, data visualization, and UX design. Francis specializes in scalable systems, backend development, and data automation with a systems-thinking mindset shaped by his background in urban planning.
